Where are services provided?

The OT Mom Next Door serves children and their families in their own home. 

What areas do you serve?

Cincinnati, Ohio and northern suburbs. Virtual Sessions available throughout Ohio. Physical locations outside Cincinnati, Ohio area may be possible for an additional mileage fee. 

Do you serve families in Indiana and/or Kentucky?

No. Sorry for any inconvenience, but The OT Mom Next Door only services families within Ohio at this time. If you live outside of Ohio and have prepaid for a service, please send me an email at and I will issue you a refund as promptly as possible. Note: Educational courses offered periodically are available and accessible to those outside the state of Ohio.

What payments methods are accepted? 

The OT Mom Next Door is a cash-based service and does not accept insurance at this time. We accept most major credit cards, debt, or cash for payment. Payment is collected prior to the session at time of online booking.

Please note: Because The OT Mom Next Door provides feeding services via private pay, your child can continue to receive therapy services billed to your insurance plan. This is especially beneficial for kiddos who receive a wide variety of services. Booking feeding services with private pay allows us to focus solely on your child's feeding needs which often gets put on the backburner for other therapeutic interventions. 

What is the benefit of private pay?

Choosing The OT Mom Next Door takes the power away from the insurance companies and gives it back you, the parent. With private pay, an insurance company won't dictate the level of care your family deserves. It allows The OT Mom Next Door to serve kiddos with and without diagnoses based on their personal feeding needs. It allows us the flexibility to schedule as little or as many services as your child needs. It also allows us the ability to truly provide child-centered intervention giving them time to work on the skills and strategies discussed in a coaching session. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please email at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. If you do not cancel or reschedule prior to 24 hours from your appointment time, no refund will be issued for missed appointment. Please see the cancellation policy form you signed prior to starting services and/or terms for further information.
